The Central Florida Franchise Owners Association (CFLFOA) was formed by Orlando 7-Eleven franchisees in 2009. Although our organization began in Orlando we have grown to represent members in Bradenton, Clearwater, Daytona, Palm Bay, Tampa, Saint Petersburg and Sarasota. We are one of the largest 7-Eleven Franchise Owner Associations with well over 200 members. We are members of the National Coalition Association of 7-Eleven Franchisees (NCASEF), a national organization that brings together all of the other 7-Eleven FOA’s from around the country. Since our Officers and Board members participate in Zone Leadership Meetings (ZLC) and the National Business Leadership Council (NBLC) our membership is well represented with 7-Eleven management.
The Central Florida FOA is a communication and representation organization dedicated to improving our member’s quality of life and business success.We are a non-profit, volunteer organization run by franchisees and are committed to providing vital support and assistance to our Franchisee community. We are effective because of our diversity, dedication, experience, knowledge and talent. We believe it is crucial to our success as an organization and as individual franchisees to maintain communication with each other and our franchisor, 7-Eleven.
We communicate with our members in a number of ways the most effective being our Quarterly general meetings (Click here to see upcoming events). The objective of these meetings is to help Franchisees resolve issues, obtain and disseminate useful information, learn best practices, share useful tools and to network and promote social interaction among the 7-Eleven personnel, the Vendor community and the member Franchisees. These meetings regularly include participation from various departments of 7-Eleven management. We hear from vendors about their upcoming products, deals and promotions. Most importantly we have time together, in a safe environment, to discuss issues and ideas crucial to improving our businesses and our quality of life into the future.
